our curriculum

At Abbeville Christian Academy, our curriculum is designed to provide a strong academic foundation within a Christ-centered environment while preparing students for success in higher education and beyond. As a college-preparatory school, ACA offers rigorous yet attainable coursework that challenges students to think critically, communicate effectively, and grow both academically and spiritually.

Our curriculum follows the Alabama Course of Study while being strengthened through carefully selected instructional programs, advanced coursework, hands-on learning opportunities, and biblical integration across all grade levels. Students are encouraged to develop problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, academic discipline, and a lifelong love of learning.

ACA offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses, Honors-level instruction, and dual enrollment opportunities through institutions such as Troy University and Wallace Community College, allowing students to experience college-level academics while still in high school. Spanish instruction begins in the lower grades and continues through Upper School courses including Spanish I and Spanish II.
